I really enjoyed speaking with Kyle Buller today from Psychedelics Today https://www.psychedelicstoday.com. Kyle and I went pretty deep into a conversation about consciousness. I loved learning that we shared similar backgrounds with our experience using psychedelics in Vermont and in Burlington. Vermont is a magical state with incredible natural beauty. Kyle’s approach to education was impressive. I enjoyed learning how he has evolved his college teaching curriculum to develop the Vital program with Psychedelics Today. Vital is a program for aspiring psychedelic practitioners. I really felt the personal conviction, the Kyle brings to the space as a leader and an educator. Kyle’s story about how he got into psychedelics and how it all came out of integrating a near death experience when he injured himself snowboarding. When he went to the other side and talked to beings that welcomed him and that he came very close to leaving this earth to join them but woke up in the ICU and how he used psychedelics to integrate that experience over the next couple years. Kyle shares a lot of wisdom and I hope listeners enjoy this podcast as much as I did. It was a pleasure getting to know Kyle.
I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to interview Carlos Palooza on the Psychedelic-Revolution this past week. What really stood out to me in this interview, and I am still actually quite shocked was to learn that Carlos’s first psychedelic experience was in 2018. When I came into the psychedelic space, Carlos was already a very established force of nature. Carlos founded Decrim Nature in 2019. Decrim Nature organization is a driving force in the decriminalization of psychedelics movement. Through grassroots efforts and organizing this organization has produced significant results. This includes decriminalization of psilocybin legislation passed in 15 cities. As well as a huge influence role on the state legislations that passed in Oregon, Colorado, and that are coming to a state near you, including California, Washington state, Massachusetts, Virginia, New Jersey, just to name a few.
To hear Carlos tell his own personal story, which I'd never heard before, about his search for meaning to understand the infinite for his entire life from the age of seven was fantastic. This quest for truth led him to have his own personal psychedelic journey and experience in 2018.
After this experience, Carlos started Decrim Nature in 2019. Whether you agree with all of the Decrim Nature tactics or positions, I think we can all applaud the influence in decriminalizing plant medicine that Decrim Nature has had on the country and the movement.
I was very impressed with the way that Carlos fully owned the mistakes that Decrim Nature made especially in not supporting Prop 122. Owning that error without excuses really demonstrated that the movement is what is most important to Carlos and not one organization winning. The goal is to create the best possible policies for the world.
Carlos is a very authentic man who is really looking to change the world. I hope that I am able to play a role in bringing about the Convergence of the various decrim factions and get everyone to come to the table in order to make peace.
Perhaps this interview will be heard by the New Approach leaders and that we can bring the convergence together. We are all coming at this from a place of compassion and love, and although there may be some different viewpoints about how to achieve the ideal future for a world with psychedelics, we can all agree that we all want an environment where healing can take place.
Interviews like this one with Carlos Paloza make me very optimistic for the future.
It was an incredible honor to interview Grandmother Jyoti Ma.
When I organized the first Rising Consciousness Community (RCC) conference, I reached out to Grandmother Jyoti Ma and invited her to speak. I am still not sure as to what called me to organize the RCC conference but I remember feeling that it was already a huge success when I was able to spend time with Grandmother on a zoom call.
That first zoom call in November, I remember crying as I talked to Grandmother Jyoti Ma about heart break and my struggle to always be present and in my power especially around the Divine Feminine energy field. I had set the intention for the conference and a goal of creating a space and platform for some of the amazing women guides in the Psychedelic community to shine and share their wisdom. But I was still healing from a tough break up, and I was questioning my ability to pull it off. Grandmother Jyoti Ma held me during that call like my biological Grandmother would have. In fact, she not only agreed to make to the RCC conference but she said that she would change her plans and schedule to make it there. I knew right away that the March conference would be a smashing success.
During this podcast, Grandmother Jyoti Ma shares incredible wisdom but the biggest take away for me was the segment about the end of times. Reality as we know it on this planet is coming to a conclusion or rather a transition. The vibration we create, and live in, is the vibrational field that we will move into for our transition. Choose Love over Fear. Choose Service for others and the earth like Grandmother Jyoti Ma has chosen. Make your life meaningful by filling your experience in this body with the vibrational frequency of Love. Your choices are Love or Fear. Choose Love!
I can't think of better message to share!
The podcast with Veda Austin was incredibly inspiring for me. The concept of a consciousness flowing through water has made me feel intense Joy since this discussion. If there is consciousness in water then there is consciousness flowing throughout all creation.
I think that through her work creating the art in the frozen ice with her thoughts, Veda has clearly demonstrated the power of our thoughts. Where we put our energy is where our energy flows.
There were many incredible moments that stood out in this podcast but I want to highlight three. These segments can be found on the Psychedelic-Revolution Instagram account.
#1 The first one was the way that the images of Veda’s dreams were able to be imprinted into the ice to the point that she was able to remember dreams she previously forgot. This level of connection is simply magikal.
#2 Working through as series of repeated hieroglyphs that keep recurring in her work, Veda is beginning to compile an alphabet in the water language shares. This alphabet was used in her husband’s work with plant medicine to show that plant medicine communicated that it is a “Living Visionary Organism.” Simply Beautiful.
#3 The experience Veda has when asking water to communicate with her mother who has transitioned and water returning the circle and heart that she ended her letters with is awe inspiring.
I am deeply honor by the wisdom that Veda has shared, and it has changed the way that I am relating to the world. Particularly, in the way that my thoughts not only can shape my reality, but my thoughts will shape my reality. It is not only convenient and comforting to think happy, and generous thoughts, but it is actually imperative to do so. Being to be optimistic and expecting success is the first step to achieving success. Success can be defined as manifesting my dreams.
